This version of Bertazzoni's 36-inch TFT induction cooktop adds a stainless steel metal frame around the same five-zone glass surface, so it can be matched to other stainless appliances in the kitchen. The display and controls stay hidden until the cooktop is switched on, and the five zones support a double booster and multi-zone combining for larger cookware. The same five Assistant programs handle boiling, pasta, steaming, frying, and temperature holding automatically, with a 3.7 kW boost available for quick, high-heat cooking.
