The iFIT SmartBeat Heart Rate Monitor is designed for accurate, real-time heart rate tracking during training, whether on compatible iFIT equipment or on the go. Worn on the upper arm or forearm, it uses optical PPG technology to sense heart rate and transmits data to the iFIT app and compatible machines via Bluetooth. When paired with iFIT-enabled equipment, it enables ActivePulse, a feature that automatically adjusts workout intensity based on your target heart rate zone. The rechargeable lithium-ion battery delivers up to 30 hours of use per charge, with a magnetic charging cable included.
